Ordering & Refund Policies 

  1. Please ask all questions before making payment. All sales are finalised once shipped. No refund request will be entertained due to buyer's failure to clarify doubts.
  2. To enjoy one shipping charge when ordering multiple items from different listings, please add items to cart first beforechecking out the entire cart. 
  3. No refund request will be entertained for the following situations:
    • Lost or delayed mails by Singpost (Please opt for COP or registered mail or courier)
    • Electronic items that buyer did not request for testing first.
    • Damaged electronic items via Singpost (We will resend a new one for you via courier - to top up $6.00 via bank transfer)
  4. Exchange request will be approved for the following situations:
    • Out of stock items for more than one month
