Terms & Conditions, Cancellation, Exchange & Return, 7 Days Exchange Policy

We want our customers to look great with our clothing & would allow a 7 days return for exchange ( from shipping date ) for all online purchases.

This exchange policy is strictly applies only for all ONLINE orders & it is not applicable for Online items marked as clearance Sale & Purchases directly from our stores or Sale events as customer would be able to see & trythese items.

Customers will have to email us immediately with your order ID & returned the item back to our Hong Leong store in the original condition ( tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) plus our packaging with barcode too. Management will have the rights to reject any exchange if the above 5 conditions are not met.

Rest assured that we take pride in our goods & services and will check all items thoroughly before delivery to ensure excellent quality control. If there is any defect, please contact us immediately within 3 days.

All exchanges are to be done at our Hong Leong Store. There will be no cash refunds except in the case of defective items or if items are out of stock. Such refunds will exclude any shipping and delivery charge, which are non-refundable.
