DELIVERY SERVICES
Option 1 – Smartpac Service(Highly Recommended). Order will be delivered in 1-3 working days and comes with tracking service. Note: This is a Registered Mail not a Courier Service. Delivery time is during office hours. If no one is at home, the postman will signs off delivery note as proof of delivery and place your item in the letter box.

Option 2 – Singpost normal mail. Order will be delivered in 3-5 working days without tracking service. You can consider your mail is lost after 3 working days. *excluding public holidays & weekends & afternoon/evening mail* 
Note: We are not liable for any lost mail if customer opted for Singpost normal mail.
Tip: Normal mail encounters HIGH risk of lost mail if you put business address for delivery. Please arrange residential address (excludes villa) for delivery (deliver to mailbox only, not doorstep).There is no way to retrieve your local mail when you choose normal mail.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Our items will be inspected before delivery. We will only accept exchange due to unforeseen manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent only.
Exchange is allowed within 1 week from the date of delivery.
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.In the event whereby customer needs to exchange size, he/she will have to bear both ways postage fees.
