Q1: What does "pay what you want" means?

Pay What You Want (PWYW) is a pricing system where you can pay any desired amount for a given necklace above the floor price of $1.99.

-If you are tight on budget, simply pay the minimum floor price to cover our costs

(cost price + Qoo10 listing fees + advertising fees + GST).

-Otherwise, you can choose to pay as much as you want for the necklace!

Q2: How do I show my support and pay more?

Under the "Choose Additional Amount" menu, you can choose the extra amount that you wish to pay...AND IT CAN BE ZERO!

Q3: May I know more about the packing and postage of my purchase?

All our products will be packed in bubble wrap envelopes before shipping. However, we are unable to make any guarantee on the postage service provided by SingPost and we shall not be held liable for any loss arising from SingPost’s negligence. Thus for greater security, you may opt for registered mail instead of normal mail.
