Rose: We worked together with the small farmers in Madagascar to grow the roses without any artificial fertiliser nor pesticide. We wait patiently after rain for harvesting to make sure the roses are pure. Then we start cooking the fresh rose petals and slowly transformed it into the exotic and romantic rose jelly. Pairing tips: Fantastic with many types of cheese!! If you want to play safe, pair it with soft and creamy cheese like Brie If you want to be daring, go with strong cheese like Roquefort. Wanna be exotic? Try with sheep's milk cheese!! |
| Alkekengi: We grow our Alkekengi in our garden and, of course, we don't use any pesticide or fertiliser. It is a very tasty and healthy and we put plenty of this cute,tiny golden fruit in the jar for you to enjoy. Pairing tips: Fabulous with anything that is creamy and milky...Yes, that includes cheese cake! I like it with goat cheese and prosciutto. You can make fruit salad with it, too. If you don't mind the cholesterol, pair it with your Foie gras! |

Guava: Try our full-flavoured, Non-genetically modified guava jam. It has the aroma of the guava you ate when you were little and the sandy texture as well. Pairing tips: It's simply superb to pair with any soft cheese. |

Candied Chilli: The winner of the "International Excellence Award" in Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2010. This little sweet and spicy jam is made of 3 different types of chillis: red, green and yellow. We have to massage and spa the chillis everyday for about 2 months before we get to enjoy it.
Pairing tips: Super yummy when pair with pungent and smelly blue cheese. Good with BBQ and cured meats as well |
