Blackmores Cold & Flu Day/Night is a herbal formulation that supports the immune system, which fights colds and flu, whilst providing symptom relief during the day and calming relief at night. It helps support the immune system, which fights cold and flu, while relieving coughs, blocked noses, headaches, body aches and pains and mild fever. The formula may help assist during sleep disturbances to promote sleep and it may overall shorten the duration of cold symptoms and improve overall recovery time.

Eucalyptus oil 68.7mg
Salix alba (willow bark) extract equivalent to dry stem bark 1.6g (standardised to contain salicin 15 mg)
Ocimum tenuiflorum (holy basil) extract equivalent to dry leaf 1.5g
Night Capsule:

Directions
Adults –
DAY DOSAGE: Take 1 capsule three times daily (morning, midday and afternoon) with food.
NIGHT DOSAGE: Take 1 capsule before sleeping, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2-12 years - Only as professionally prescribed.
