First rice 100%: Only use "first rice" recognized as the most excellent grade in the rice test.
It is a set that you can try six brands selected from the brand rice (Hokkaido Produced Yume Meikuri, Akita Prefecture Akitakomachi, Yamagata Prefecture Tsuya Hime, Miyagi Prefecture Hitomibori, Uonuma Production Koshihikari).
Cold process: At high temperatures, oxidation of rice will proceed and the taste will fall.
Maintaining the freshness and taste of rice by original manufacturing method that stores, rice milling and packaging in low temperature factory of 15 ℃ or less suitable for storage of rice.
Fresh pouch pack: Incorporate oxygen scavenger by subdividing rice which was just milled freshly into high airtight pack in 3 fractions each.
Prevent oxidation and deterioration of rice.
We will not take up space when storing in a refrigerator.
