"Gold whistle brewed thick-mouthed soy sauce 1.8 L" is a brewed deep-season soy sauce that uses only soybeans, round wheat, and sun-dried salt as raw materials.
First year of Kanazawa (1789) I have slowly fermented and fermented it for 2 years in a cedar tub with a diameter of 9 mm by a traditional brewing method since its foundation.
It is a soy sauce that lives in a harmonious scent and mellowness.
We do not use alcoholic · chemical seasonings · mirin · preservatives etc.
How to eat delicious
● Gold flute dark mouth soy sauce, taste, flavor, scent, color is deep and stretchy, so please use it sparingly when you use it for eggplants and simmered dishes.
● When eating raw vegetables, flavor oil and vinegar together with gold flute, if you enjoy, you can taste a unique flavor.
If you bake a fish or meat with a gold whistle, melanoidin, one of the ingredients of soy sauce, erases its smell and you can enjoy it more deliciously.
● If you bake a gold flute along the finished baked noodles or frying pan of fried rice, you will be finished with a more fragrant flavor.
