If you feel hungry at the first stage...

In the initial stage, some people do feel hungry, after the adaptation is over they don't feel hungry anymore, it usually takes around 1 week before the body adjusts and gets used to the new diet method. The adapting stage depends on how fast your body can adapt & time varies in individuals.

In between at the adaptation stage, if you feel hungry, it is fine to snack a small amount of low fat & low calorie food, preferably high in fibre as it can keep you fuller.   

You can take small, light snacks to help maintain a steady level of blood sugar, revs up your metabolism & help you burn calories.
