Our Jelly fruit cheesecake is made of a cake base layer of French style vanilla sponge that is so soft and moist and compliment well with the light and healthy cheesecake cream. The cheesecake cream is made of ZERO egg content but you can’t even distinguish the difference because it’s truly light and creamy. The addition of peaches, strawberries and lychee fruits with jelo on top makes this cake stand out.
