Directions
Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 6 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove. 2 cups daily are recommended. Add sweetener if desired. Naturally caffeine free.Free OfCaffeine, gluten.
