Coque d’Or #1 is a light, yellowed beige with warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. The eyeshadow had a soft, lightly dusty feel to it, but it didn’t sheer out and was fairly easy to use on the lid. It faded after six hours on its own, but it should be better over a primer.

Coque d’Or #2 is a light-medium gold with warm, yellow undertones and a soft, frosted shimmer finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation, but it was the texture that was problematic. It was drier, dustier, and had a tendency to separate and sheer out on the lid. 

Coque d’Or #3 is a muted, medium-dark bronze with warm undertones and a soft, frosted finish. The consistency was soft, a touch dusty, but it was easily blended on the lid and did not lose its intensity or opacity. It had great pigmentation that applied well to bare skin. 

Coque d’Or #4 is a medium brown with warm, golden undertones and a pearly sheen. The texture was firmer and stiffer in the pan, which made it harder to blend out on the skin, though it had good pigmentation. 

Coque d’Or #5 is a muted, medium-dark green with subtle, warm olive undertones and a mostly matte finish.
