I used with with pleasure. It really put my sweaters and jackets, dresses, etc, back into like-new condition. It lasted more than 20 years. That's when I finally had to replace the batteries! So, I decided to get another as a gift for a friend a few years later and found that Remington had discontinued it. I was crushed. I finally found another brand, but it didn't come close in the quality of the jobs, and the other brand's batteries went after a couple of years. Dreadful. Boy, was I wrong! My daughter's uniform skirt was so fuzzy with pills I thought I was going to have to throw away. I've used first removers before and they never worked like this.
