(一)、木瓜炖桃胶
材料:木瓜1只,桃胶10克。
做法:
1、桃胶放入清水中浸泡一夜(12小时以上)至软涨,体积能涨到10倍以上,所以别小看这十克桃胶,足够吃上两顿的。
2、将泡软的桃胶仔细反复的清洗,去除黑色的杂质,掰成小块儿。
3、桃胶加少许水,隔水先蒸30分钟左右。4、木瓜对半切开,去籽,将隔水蒸过的桃胶倒入木瓜中,撒上少许冰糖,再继续蒸20分钟左右即可。
