<br />1. if you find the bulb is not very bright when you receive and plug into your socket, don't worry, it is because inner battery is low power, just charge the bulb, several minutes later the bulb will become more and more bright. 
<br />2. If the positive and negative electrode of your other lamps/device connected reversely, then put this intellegent bulb into the same circuit, the intelligent switch will be interfered then maybe your switch can not turn off the bulb.
<br />3. If the bulb not work when you use your finger, pls try to use a scissor or other metal wire to connect bottom and screw thread.
