I don't have test results to back it up but I have felt markedly better since taking it. Unfortunately LEF for whatever reason also packs this with a heavy dose of riboflavin. I'm already getting lots of that elsewhere. Why on earth can't a boron supplement be a boron supplement pure and simple? I know the extra B2 is probably harmless but I don't think adding twelve times the rda for a vitamin willy nilly makes any sense.
