As you probably know, Gundam is a science fiction media franchise created by Sunrise (in 1979) that features giant robots (or "mecha") called "mobile suits", with titular mobile suits that carry the name "Gundam." This transporter was used by the Principality of Zeon against the Earth Federation. The Dodai YS was originally developed as bomber, however, its role was later shifted to that of a mobile suit transport craft late in the One Year War.
