We prepare our Ginger extract from the rhizome of Zingiber officinale plants which are Certified Organically Grown.
To assure optimal extraction of Ginger''s bioactive compounds, the rhizomes are hand-harvested only when fully mature, are carefully shade-dried, and are then shipped directly to our laboratory and thoroughly extracted.

Directions
Shake well before using. Take up to 40 drops in 2 oz. of water or juice, two to five times per day. Best if taken between meals.Free OfGluten
