I had been using the foam bra pads for the last 3 yrs, and they kept moving around and I had to constantly readjust them from peeking out of my bra; I finally got so tired of it that I pinned them inside my bra w/baby safety pins!; they also didn't give me any cleavage. So I decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did! They stay in place because they warm up and conform/mold to the form and shape of my breast making them look natural; they also give me cleavage!! I will purchase another set just to have when these wear out, if they will! All you have to do is wipe them down when they get sweaty, and they do sometimes especially when it's hot; but that is not an issue!
