Instructions for Castor Oil Pack.

1) Fold flannel cloth or large (wide) bandage together to make a soft pad.

2) Saturate the pad with the oil. (Oil may be preheated or used with a heating pad.)

3) Cover the pad with plastic.

4) Press it against the affected area for an hour. (1st time users - 30 minutes)

You might want to protect your bed with a towel.

5) Remove and clean the skin with a solution of baking soda (from supermarket) and water.

6) Keep pad in a cool dry place. Reuse for 2-3 times. Repeat the process when needed.
