Welcome to my auction booth and thank you for your interest.. Here are my terms and conditions =)

• I will consider all bids as final so do not change your mind the last min or negative ratings will be given. Genuine bidders only!
• All payments through POSB/DBS fund transfer.
• If meet up, at west side but at my convenience. Before meet ups, payer will have to transfer amount first. This is to prevent dead bidder during meet ups. I don't do meet ups for all items. So please ask first before bidding.
• If by post, strongly recommend registered mail as i will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails!!
• All auction transactions, including reply of emails and payment, are to be completed within three days after auction ended. Or else negative ratings will be given.
• Item will confirm be mailed out within the next 3 working days upon receipt of the payment. But so far, most of my items were mailed out the day i receive payment(i will try my best on this).
