1 ) Item(s) will be mail out within 3 working days after payment is made.
2) Please note that we will not be liable for any lost or damage of item(s) via
normal mail. Registered mail or courier is highly recommended (there are cases of lost normal
mail especially during festive season).
For Customers which choose Normal Mail Options :
Please take note that we will be taking photo of every individual Package as mailing proof incase misroute mails or missing packages. If you need the photos to be send to you please provide us with a valid email and we will be more than glad to forward to you.
3) If item(s) returned back due to buyer’s error e.g. address given wrongly or no one
to receive the parcel, buyer will have to pay for postage charges for items to be re-
sent.
4) For replacement, buyer had to bare the shipping cost for 2 ways unless item was wrongly sent by us.
5) Items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6) Refund will be given only in the event if your item(s) is out of stock.
7) Please note that actual colour may vary from the picture due to the lighting of the computer.
8) Please note that the measurement stated serve as a guide only. There might be 1-2cm discrepancy in measurement for different pieces due to different angle of measuring by different people.
