**How to receive the $2.00 refund for my Card Sample?
Once you received the mail, please do the following:
(1) "Confirm Delivery" on Qoo10 within 2 working days upon receipt of item,
(2) Fill up a Qoo10 review for the product,
(3) Email us at easykitchenapp@gmail.com your own bank account that you want us to transfer the funds to.We will only transfer in Singapore Currency (SGD) to local banks, POSB/UOB/OCBC.

We are not trying to make things difficult for you. Qoo10 simply does not allow Seller to set the amount of a product to Free. To outsmart the system and give you the FOC sample, we can only do an automatic bank transfer once Qoo10 releases the payment to Seller. Cards are sold way below their costs price because we are clearing leftover stocks from various event prints. To order for you in bulk, the cost of each set of card will be significantly different.
