1) All orders will be processed and sent out within 3 working days.
2) Items are sent out via Qxpress (registered) or Singpost (normal). Processing time by Qxpress is around 3 working days, and Singpost normal mail is around 3-5 working days.
3) We encourage you to select Qxpress for your purchases, as we are not responsible for lost normal mail. We are honest sellers and will fulfill all orders accordingly. However, we cannot control/ensure the normal delivery of Singpost services, therefore please use Qxpress for a peace of mind. This is especially important if you are ordering multiple items from our store.

3) Item(s) may be allowed exchange if defect(s) are found upon receipt within 3 days, and item(s) must be:
a. Item unwashed/unworn
b. All tags intact
