Shipping and handling

1. Shipping within Singapore, for courier service via depatch service, it comes with tracking number.
2. Item(s) will be ship via our trusted and reliable own service provider.
3. Please leave your  contact number   and name for us to call you before delivery.
4. Shipping only from Monday to Friday between 11am - 5pm
5. All confirmed orders will be delivered within 14-18 business days, after funds (full transacted amount) is received and cleared.
6. All orders are shipped in boxes and carefully protection during shipping.
7. International delivery time is between 20-30 business days (except Malaysia) and are subjected to custom inspection of individual country.
8. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
9. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
