  1. The above is subject to the following conditions:
 
  1. Application must be within 14 days from the day receipt the parcel by the buyer.
 
  1. All item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tag attached. Product(s) and it's accessories and free gift(s) must be returned completely.
 
  1. Items under "Super Deal", "Free Gift" or other "Special Promotions" is not allowed to return/refund/exchange.
 
  1. Product category such as Underwear, Swim Wear and Sock is not allow for exchange/return/refund.
 
  1. Exchange/ Refund/ Return is only applicable for purchase/shipment within Malaysia. This policy is not applicable to international transaction.
 
  1. Customer is only allowed to exchange for the same product only.
 
  1. Exchange of product is subject to availability, if item is not available, buyer may request refund.
 
  1. In the case of missing item/defect/wrong item. Secreto Men reserves the right to procees with refund without prior notice.
 
  1. How soon will i received my refund? Refund can be possed in case of return or cancellation. We will process it within 14 days after inspection done .
