About the quality control:

Sharon is very carefully in selecting dresses. Before bringing in one new design, Sharon will order few samples first from the factory first to check the material and quality. If you recieved your items and notice any quality problem (the chance is small, but still have:), please

1. contact Sharon within 1 week time.

2. Send email to Sharon including the picture of the defected area, order no and your name.

We will try to help you to solve the issue. Please don't be in panic and write your review in hurry---it can not help to solve your problem at all:)

No size exchange. If you really want to do so, need to top up S$10 for VIP customer and S$18 for non-VIP customer. Because we need to send the exchanged items back to the factory which is located in China. Sharon will be highly appreciating for your understanding!

Please allow 1.5 to 2 weeks time for the items to be shipped to you since most of the items need to be shipped from China factory, Sharon will be very appreciating for your patience! For those who wait for more than 2 weeks Sharon will send a lovely small thank you gift or S$2 discount for next time purchase!

Sharon decided from now on, will offer door to door courier service( TA Q BIN) to deliver all the parcels, and the postage fee is still keep $3.5, Sharon will obsorb partial of the shipping fee. The reason is very simple: TA Q BIN can provide much better services for all my customers. :).
