how to use
1. Align the body to the position of the lumbar vertebra, the sacrum, and fix the surface fastener.
2. Secure the power belt at the front.
3. Place the Solvo gluteus medius pad on the dent of the buttocks and tighten the gluteus medius belt.
4. Finally make sure that the belt is not tight or fit well and fine-tune it.
