Products:

We are Singapore local direct i-store and products listed are instocks, brand new and sent from Singapore.

Availability:

If the product design is not in the dropdown list, it indicates that the item is out of stock.

we will restock as soon as possible and update on facebook when it is availabe, please like our facebook to receive the latest updates. We will always take photos of the actual products and ensure that the color is as close as possible to the actual product.

During peak season, there could be overwhelming response and we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. In the case of cancellation, the refund will be handed by gmarket and they will revert back to you within 2-3 working days.

We will try our best to meet your order requests to avoid disappointment and rest assure that piority are given to gmarket orders.

Delivery:

Normal Mailing: FREE (2 - 5 days after delivery confirmation)

*Please note that normal mailing is subjected to lost/delays. Although chances of parcel being misplaced in transit is low, but it still occurs to some of our customers. Please make sure you are comfortable with it before using this mode of delivery. Prettycloset highly recommend you to purchase registered mailing at $2.50 - $2.80 (1 time fee) for large quantity purchase from our store. Prettycloset will pack and send them together with tracking number for you. Prettycloset regret to inform you that prettycloset will not refund, replace or cancel for items that are not received via normal mailing. Upon opting for normal mail, you agree to bear liability of any lost/delayed parcels (if any).

Registered Mailing: $2.50 - $2.80 (2 - 4 days after delivery confirmation)

Please make a one time payment of $2.50 - $2.80 for registered mailing for all your items ordered from prettycloset. Please collect it from your nearest singpost outlet in the event when you have missed the parcel delivery. Postman will leave a note to you if there is a failed delivery at your doorstep.

^Please make sure your address registered with gmarket is accurate and complete. Incomplete address will result in delay and inconvenience of receiving your items as they will be forward back to us.

All items are checked for defects and before sending to you. This will greatly reduce the pobable hassel of exchanges and transaction cost.

Exhange:

In the event that you have received the wrong design or product from us,

1. Please send back the wrong design back to us. Our address is indicated at the back of the parcel.

2. Please include a short note in the parcel stating your

(i) Name

(ii) Contact

(iii) Order Number

(iv) Product that you should receive/change with reason

3. Please drop us an email at prettycloset@ymail.com to inform us about this incident with the title 'exchange'.

4. We will rebate the stamp in cash to you on the next delivery if the exchange is due to our oversight.
