USE Place on a flat surface. To protect the floor, place a mat under the Stepper
Adjust height of the Stepper’s steps using the step height adjuster.
Click the button to cycle through the following functions: steps per minute, step count, time, calories expended, and scan (which continuously cycles through all the above every 5 seconds).
First step on one foot plate, then the other, and begin stepping or swivelling motion.
Recommended session time: 15 minutes, or according to preference.
