Directions

Empty contents of packet into a bowl and add 240 ml (8 fl oz) cold water, 90 ml (3 fl oz) milk, 3 eggs (lightly beaten) or equivalent to ORGRAN NO Egg™ egg replacer. Stir all ingredients into a smooth batter.
Lightly grease frying pan and preheat.
Pour batter into frying pan to desired size and cook over low-medium heat.
When the edge of the pancake appears cooked and bubbles have burst, torn over and cook other side until golden brown.Free OfGluten, wheat, dairy, egg, yeast, soy, nut, added sugar.
