Steps
★At first, insert the removable pressure relief plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is needed. Then insert stretcher in shoe.

Ⅰ- LENGTH STRETCH :
Turn the round plastic handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.

Ⅱ- WIDTH STRETCH :
Turn the metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.

Ⅲ-WAIT FOR THE BEST RESULTS:
Leave shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.

Ⅳ-REMOVE STRETCHER FROM YOUR SHOE:
Turn handles in counterclockwise direction.
