HAIRPURE is not responsible for any lost mail. All items are dispatched within 24 hours from date of ordering. Customers are strongly recommended to opt for registered/SmartPac mail for an ease of mind.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All defectives exchanges are to be done so within 14 working days upon receipt of items bought from HAIRPURE, all original packaging and contents have to be returned to us.Buyers have to pay for the shipping cost unless wrong item has been sent.Buyer would have to pay for 2 way shipping cost if wrong order has been made.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item & items will be returned. Items must not have been washed/worn and must be in brand new condition with tag intact.
