Plot Summary: Levi, Farlan, and Isabel begin their lives in the Recon Corps under the watch of Flagen, a Recon Corps member who is less than pleased about being joined by criminals. Erwin had just created a new formation for the Recon Corps that would help his troops move outside the walls and avoid confronting Titans (in order to reduce casualties), and commented that he wanted to use the 3D Maneuver Gear skills of the three to the Recon Corp's advantage.
