Instructions

Pump breast milk

Tear open the storage pack

Pour breast milk into the pack

Compress out as much air as possible

Seal the zipper of the pack

Suggested Storage

Refrigerator (0°C to 4°C) – 24 to 48 hours

Freezer (-10 °C to 0 °C) – 1 to 6 months

How to defrost

Defrost by running under tap water or placing in a basin of warm water (40 °C to 50 °C)

Do not heat up pack in electronic warmers

Do no overheat breastmilk as it will destroy nutrients in breast milk
