Defective Product Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item from us, please notify us.

You may contact us via email smilingtulip8@gmail.com and send the item back to us within 7 days.

We will do a replacement for you with all delivery charges on us.

1.  Please ENSURE your delivery address is correct before making payment.  If the parcel is   

        returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, customer is to bear the cost of

         re-mailing.

2.  SingPost registered mail is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  This provides you with a Tracking Number.

3.  Orders by SingPost normal mail - lost parcel is at the risk of the buyer.  We do not

        compensate for lost parcels.

4.  Every item is checked to ensure it is in good condition before sending out.  We will not be 

         responsible for lost or damaged goods due to mishandling by any party after the item leaves  

         us.
