How to Use:
1. LAY DOWN A SHEET OF PAPER
2. APPLY BASE COAT, AND WAIT TO DRY
3. APPLY POLISH COLOUR, WAIT TO DRY
4. APPLY SAME COLOUR AGAIN, IMMEDIATELY PUT THE VELVET POWDER ON YOUR NAIL, WAIT TO DRY

5. USE A BRUSH TO REMOVE ANY EXCESS POWDER
6. COLLECT ANY POWDER ON THE PAPER AND PLACE BACK INTO THE POT.

TOP TIP:
FLOCK FIBRES WILL NATURALLY CLUMP TOGETHER!
FOR THE BEST RESULTS APPLY OVER A TONAL BASE COAT, THROUGH OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER SIEVING. - (A NORMAL KITCHEN SIEVE OR TEA STRAINER IS IDEAL!) ONCE APPLIED PRESS AND SHAPE TO NAIL AS REQUIRED.
