-The front compartment has 2 nylon D rings for additional attachment points, one big pocket for big instruments and its attached elastic can be used to fix first aid suppliers and other IFAK.

-The back compartment with a Velcro strap, 2 nylon D rings for additional attachment points and 2 pockets to secure large items.
