Unfortunately there are some flaws in regulations so it is allowed to dilute and add different ingredients to the IGP Balsamic Vinegar, the ones selected by Bellina are strictly made from only must and wine vinegar and are made in a traditional manner that respects the product.
Balsamic Vinegar: Taste profile: Aroma and flavour recalls plum jam, red fruit, honey and vanilla. Pairings: Fresh pasta such as ravioli, beef, soft cheese, fresh fruit and dessert.
