This long grain Red Rice is 100% whole grain which means it retains all of its wholesome bran layer where the grain's nutrients are stored. It cooks in only 30 minutes producing toothsome yet tender and slightly aromatic grains. Add more color taste and nutrition to all your favorite rice dishes.
Suggested Use
Combine 1 3/4 cups water 1 cup rice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for a few minutes. Fluff & serve.
A rice cooker may be used with the same water-to-rice ratio.
