Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer all our customers refunds (excluding original postage paid) or exchanges for items returned within 10 days of receipt.

Please note that all products must be returned unused, in its original packaging. We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Returns and refunds are usually processed within 24 to 48 hrs of receipt of goods.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item , please marke the package as `RETURNED GOODS`or Gift . and declare about 15-20 usd value for the parcel.

You choose a method which is the most convenient for you. To protect your interests, your payment will be temporarily held by DHgate, and will not be released until you receive your order and are satisfied with it.

We check every item before we pack it.Therefore, pls check the package before you sign for it,if it is broken or damaged,you make a record with the carrier .At the same time ,you take a photo and send we will solve the problem for you at the first time.

If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Customs

It is the buyer`s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country’s custom policies.

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has been left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
