It was the size of a small dessert dish. The injury looked awful with many different colors from purple to red to yellow. I thought this would take a long time to heal. I read about Arnica gel and thought "what the heck". So, after applying it for a couple of weeks the spot is now down to the size of a nickel. I will use Arnica gel from now on. My wife is using it for muscle pain. It does help that and it is what athletes use it for. It's also good for arthritis pain. Was this review helpful? I used this 2-3 times daily along with taking the Arnica pills two times a day. Within a week there was noticable improvement. I have had less bruising that has taken months to heal.
