Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Charge your keyboard: enclosed please also find the micro USB cable. Please make sure the micro USB cable connects well to both the keyboard and computer USB port or USB wall charger. Each charge will usually take 5 hours;
2. Remove keyboard from your current Bluetooth， and try a new pairing;
3. If the keyboard is not discovered， turn off Bluetooth on your device， and reboot your device; then repeat from Step 2;
4. Tap on the Bluetooth keyboard icon on the screen， to initiate the pairing;
5. For some function keys， you will need to press Fn together;
6. If it doesn't type， you might get a universal keyboard， which works for all different systems. You might need to change the keyboard layout: for iOS tablets， press FN+Q; for Android tablets， press FN+W; for Windows tablets， press FN+E.
