User's Guide::

It is recommended to use the foot file after a bath or shower, or after soaking your feet in warm water for about 15 minutes.
Rub the foot file over your callus, gradully exert bigger pressure. Start with the coarse side of the foot file, finish up with the fine side.
Be careful not to overdo the work, especially if it's your first time to use a callus remover. It's because too much abrading will hurt your foot skin.
It is recommended to apply foot or hand lotion after filing.
Hang up your foot file to dry after use. It is because constant exposure to moisture will shorten the files's lifetime.
