Instruction In Inflating Foil Balloons

Step 1: Find the red marking

Step 2: Insert the Air Pump underneath the red marking.

Step 3: Inflate and pump air slowly.

Step 4: As you notice the balloon is initally bloating up, press and push the balloon for air to spread around and continue to pump air slowly until fully fill.

Step 5: Simply press the opening end with hand to seal it off.
