But I did not use the old one so cannot comment. This one is a one for all go to product that handles everything in one pack. At this time last package my joints we're feeling better, not perfect but much better than what they feel now. (That was about 5 mo. Ago) I'm not sure about the other pills in this package. There hasn't been a negative impact yet, besides the joint issue. Not sure I'll be paying the money for these again. Might just look elsewhere for joint health. Was this review helpful?
