- Ticket is only valid for SG Tanah Merah and Bintan Tanjung Piang Ferry Terminal
- Seats is Subject to Availability
- We will send you the confirmation Email to Collect your Boarding Pass from Ferry
- You can choose to Print out or Show thru your Phone - (Physical Print out is not Required)

Important
- Ferry Schedule effective from 1 January 2017 to 30 Jun 2018.
- All timings shown in local time
- Bintan is one hour behind Singapore Time.
- Public Holiday schedule will not be applied if it falls on a Friday.
- Public Holiday schedule will apply if PH date falls on Sunday and following Monday is a Public Holiday.
- Additional trips may be scheduled for peak holiday season.
- Private Charters are available on request, subject to availability.
- Check trip availability on desired dates.
- Passengers who have connecting international flights out of Changi Airport are to ensure that their return trip from Bintan arrives at least 2 hours before the departure time of their connecting flight out of Singapore. Unexpected delays may be caused by inclement weather, security spot checks by the local authorities or any other unforeseen circumstances. BRF will not be responsible for any misconnection arising from any delay if there is insufficient time allocated for connecting flights.

Check-In Time:
- Passengers are advised to check in and collect boarding passes at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal #01-21 BRF Check-in counter at least 1 1/2 hours before departure time. BRF reserves the right to cancel booking if boarding pass is not collected forty minutes before departure.
- For departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (Bintan Resort), passengers are required to re-confirm their return trip and collect boarding passes at least 2 hours before departure. BRF reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings if passengers check-in later than forty-five minutes from departure.
Important Documents Required for Immigration Clearance:
- International Passport (require minimum 6 months validity from date of travel)
- VISA, if required.
- Embarkation Card
- Boarding Pass
