1. Wash your skin around nose thoroughly and wet your nose completely. 2. Peel the strip off the plastic liner. 3. Apply to nose area, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin. 4. Allow it to dry for 10~15minutes. 5. Slowly and carefully peel off the strip starting at edges. After nose pack, wipe out the remainder with the water or toner, and apply a little amount to your nose.
