I normally get B-12 shots but had not had any in a few months. Not to long after taking, my energy level went up. I took first thing this morning to help with my energy on a 6 plus hour drive alone. Usually I get candy to have a sugar high but that was not necessary. My energy stayed the whole trip and I felt energized and good just like when I was getting my injections. I like that it is healthy and that I can take the B-12 daily instead of taking a pill.
