01  -  WHAT IS DERMATIX® ULTRA?
Dermatix® Ultra is an advanced scar formula that is proven effective in the management of scars.
It has the innovative CPX (cyclopentasiloxane) technology for improved effects in flattening and softening scars and contains a unique ingredient of Vitamin C ester which gives the benefit of photo protection and skin lightening.
Dermatix® Ultra ’s high grade of skin conditioning agent heal your scar without the greasy tacky feel upon application. It leaves a soft, silky and clean feel when applied to the skin.

Dermatix® Ultra is availabel in 7g and 15g tubes.


02  -  WHAT TYPES OF SCARS CAN DERMATIX® ULTRA BE USED FOR?

Scars resulting from these incidences may become large, thick, dry and elevated and can be dark or red in appearance and may be itchy or even painful. 

Dermatix® Ultra is not indicated for the treatment of depressed scars, such as those resulting from acne or chickenpox.



 

03  -  HOW DO I KNOW IF DERMATIX® ULTRA IS WORKING?

A scar is usually red or darker in color compared to the normal surrounding skin; it is thick and dry and elevated and can be itchy and painful. With the regular and proper use of Dermatix® Ultra, your scar will be flatten, soften  and lighten over time. Itchiness and pain will also be reduced with Dermatix® Ultra.
 




04  -  HOW DO I USE DERMATIX® ULTRA?

Using Dermatix® Ultra is quick and easy. You will observe improvement of your scar if you will diligently comply with the proper application instruction below. Remember that you don’t need to apply much if you follow these steps:


 

APPLY DERMATIX® ULTRA TWICE DAILY (MORNING AND EVENING)



05  -  WHEN IS MY SCAR READY FOR DERMATIX® ULTRA?

Dermatix® Ultra works better on fresh scars (up to 3 months old). Treatment of scars should only start once the wound has closed and scab has formed typically 10-14 days after injury occurred. The following is a general estimation as to when you should start your treatment with Dermatix® Ultra:



 

 

06  -  HOW LONG SHOULD I USE DERMATIX® ULTRA? HOW FAST WILL I SEE IMPROVEMENT?

Initially improvement may be observed after 12 weeks of continued used. For major or bigger scars it may take 3 to 6 months or more to experience the full benefits of Dermatix® Ultra.
